Smoking and Alcohol not only harmful for our oral heath but also badly effect our whole body. So, you should avoid it as much as possible. These things give adverse effect on teeth and gums. Teeth stained , bad breath, ph level change and many other effects cause if you regularly use smoking and alcohol.
