I am trying to understand what a good compensation plan is for a good oral surgeon. If paid on a % of production than what % is considered average and what is good? If paid on a daily guarantee what is a good number for that $1000 or more? And what goal do you have in overall compensation annually? I would love to hear anyone's feedback as a consultant I want to make sure I am recommending the right compensation plans. Thanks.
